Slowly the forest fills with picnics and playful chatter while hot tea steams into the air. Quiet conversations are carried into the night as lanterns light like schools of fish beneath the branches. Between the cold spring ground and the deep night above, waves of light are held in the canopy's palm.

Yozakura takes its name from the traditional viewing of the cherry blossom bloom in the moonlight or lit by paper lanterns. This dry-hopped Japanese Lager pours a brilliant pale yellow color into the glass with notes of bready malts, straw, and white rice. A thoughtful addition of Night Train hops then lends aromas of apricots, silver needle peach tea, and mango ice cream.
