Yozakura takes its name from the traditional viewing of the cherry blossom bloom in the moonlight or lit by paper lanterns. This dry-hopped Japanese Lager pours a brilliant pale yellow color into the glass with notes of bready malts, straw, and white rice. A thoughtful addition of Night Train hops then lends aromas of apricots, silver needle peach tea, and mango ice cream. Yozakura is as fleeting as the bloom and a purposeful rumination on our ephemeral lives.

Jasnożółte lekko zamglone piwo z niezłą pianą, która opadając dyskretnie zdobi szkło. Aromat dość delikatny, nuty ryżowe, trochę nut od chmielu. W smaku wytrawne, z lekką goryczką. Mogło być ciut bardziej wyraziste
Very nice lager bier. Peachy, crisp, easy drinking. Bit of a defensive bake thus far at Lambeau.

Can shared by CLW (courtesy of Chalumeaux)--thanks, guys! Lightly hazy pale yellow, nice sparkle, decent head with poor retention, no lacing. Aroma is rice, mild apricot and florals. Taste is strong florals, peach, vanilla, apricot, rice. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, dry finish with malty bitterness. Not your average rice lager by any stretch--a lot of thought went into this and well executed (surprise, surprise!).

16 oz. Can in a trade with Chalumeaux, Thank you! Aroma has soft melon, rice, straw. Wow, the flavor is bold and interesting. Flavor has the rice / straw base with notes of peach and melon. Crisp dry texture. Very easy to drink and refreshing.

Side pull draught, Tewks, 10/28/25.
As pictured.
Lemony with a touch of cake icing and honey. Touch of unripe musk melon and soft vanilla custard lingering. Must be the rice sweetening/rounding everything. Some earth, mineral, light acidity lingering. Very clean.
Rich and malty with a shitload of flavor and texture for its size, along with some sweet rice and yet nicely balanced by an earthy, lemony, phenomenally mineralesque hoppiness. Lemon candies, cake icing and vanilla custard with drying biscuit and cracker and good acidity lingering. Whole lotta flavor....
