Bottle carefully warmed up in the back of the car for 7.5 hours. Pours unclear bleak cider. Taste is watery and sour, with a thin applesauce sweetness, similar to homemade applesauce from handapples. Sour and a bit of raw twigs, some hints of bandaids, but that might be uncovered by the temperature. Some tannins trying to bind the whole together but it’s flimsier than one really would want. Original review text: Lekker opgewarmd in de auto. Een beetje tannines, maar meer dan zure waterige appeltjes, homemade handappel-appelmoes, een verloren pleister, rauwe fruitboomtakjes komt er niet uit. Toch leuk, Belgische cider in t Schwarzwald drinken. WIE DOET DAT NOU?

Bouteille 37.5cl de Joran Cidrothèque, Belgian cider discovery box.
BB 12/2020.
Dorée - devenant trouble aux 3/4 de la bouteille, col blanc très pétillant et retombant rapidement.
Arôme fruité - pommes vertes, le tout semble s'adoucir un peu une fois que le tout est ouvert après qcq minutes. Légère pointe de verger.
Palais est haut en effervescence avec un côté pomme acerbe accentué suivi de suite pas un pétillant et un caractère terreux marqué et très sec.
Un fini amer un peu 'off' sur la fin rappelant un côté pas encore mûre.

Pours hazy blonde, smell is medium intense, raw (more towards the green side) apple. Taste is sharp and acidic, high carbonation, but than fades to nothingness pretty damn quick. a very mild lingering fruityness in the back, showcasing green apples ( very intense on the skinside ). Nice, as long as the taste lasts. Sadly enough , that isn't very long tho.
