The southern hemisphere terroir transforms the usual resinous punch of this classic hop variety into something brighter, zingier and more tropical. Layered with Citra and Motueka, it bursts with flavours of ripe berries, apple blossom and cloudy lemonade.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky light yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a fresh, smooth, mineral, juicy tropical citrus, mango pineapple, light hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A rather simple beer but exceptionally well made.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived off white head. Light palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, a light creamy sweetness pitched perfectly. Light cooling pine. Bright juicy citrus, orange, mandarin, tangerine and a touch of grapefruit. Nibbly hop spice and a very light but pleasing savoury hop skunk. Light finish. Yeah, could drink a lot of this.

Can from The Fuss Club. Nose is orange, mango, papaya, peach, pineapple, apricot. Oodles of sweet fruits. Juicy fruity mix of the above, some grapefruit creeping in too. Big fruit burst on the palate with just a light hoppy backnote.

440ml can. Murky golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruit juice, grapefruit, pineapple. Taste is sweet and fruity, very tropical, mango, guava, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, low bitterness. Medium-full bodied.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clouded golden orange coloured pourt with a rocky white head. Aroma is big dank, orange rind, mango, waxy citrus, green mango, Palate is creamy , light spicy hop, highish carbonation, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy, wheat, nice big dank. spicy dank citrus, waxy, Really solid.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 19/10/2025.
Murky orange to light golden topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, dank chimes, pine resin, guava.
Taste comprises bitter orange, pine resin, mango pulp, papaya, raw pineapple.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid punchy DIPA.
