Notes of golden pineapple, fruity passionfruit, and juicy mango create a cooling tropical breeze. Made for a hot day, best enjoyed in the shade.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: clear copper to yellow sort of color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some grapefruit, light oranges and extra citrusy hop notes; some earthy tones then a clean biscuity malt backbone.
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet sturdiness and leaning towards that West coast quality; finishes citrusy with the malts
Texture: between light and medium bodied, some sessionability about it; some smoothness but also some chalky dryness
Overall: it's a West coast styled IPA done by an East coast brewer but does it really have what it takes to stand up with the great West coast styled IPA's? Hmmmmm...I might have to go at this one again to answer my own question.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes leaving trailing spiders. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Medium bodied with sweet pineapple and passion fruit upfront turning to dry pith before the lasting overripe tropical fruit skin finish.

Sampled from the tap at Carmine Street Beers. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has dank citrus and light onion with some pine underlying. Flavor has pine and bitter citrus with a touch of onion backing.

8oz tulip at beer run. Pricey place.
Oily, orange gold, settled, lingering dollop of lace.
Confectionary sugar nose, lime skin, green ruffage.
Heavy sweet onions, mandarin skin, plastic, oat sweetness.
Crispy, bittersweet but still has a syrupy feel.
Not my thing.

Publick House draught, 10/18/25.
Clear, though not crystal clear. Blond-lemon-brass. Small, white head.
Light grapefruit and mostly tropical fruit. Timid, though, with lots of chalk, earth and blandness. Cracker and biscuit malts contribute little aroma, but seem to balance fine.
Lighter bodied, not thin, but not overly malty. Very dry, with chalk, earth and tons of unripe tropical fruit. Some sweet or bright flavors would have really elevated this. But as is, it's at least not punchy/twangy/caramelly/toasty/resinous.
