Our take on a German-style Gose features a slight berry-like tartness and just a hint of Himalayan pink salt. Tastes like a cool sea breeze on a hot summer day.

A hazed blonde Gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice intense lemony notes, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice and refreshing. On tap at brewery. 8-3-7-3-14

Draft. Lemon, salt, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet-tart lemon/orange, mild salt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. A solid Gose.

At the source: pours pale hazy gold with white head. Aroma is lemons and minerals and that very particular gose malt profile. Taste is slighly sour. Lightly salty. Breezy and easy.

Draft at the source. Chillhazy pale yellow color, see pic and menu if you’re in the mood. Aroma of earthy straw. Taste is lightly spiced lemon. Sorry, jtclockwork.
