Galaktická 11 is a special pale lager. It is based on our proven lager recipe but is additionally lightly dry-hopped with the Galaxy variety. This provides a more pronounced hop aroma and a pleasant, unobtrusive bitterness. We brewed it for Stanice Galaxie, a unique cultural project that brings together several artistic organizations in one place.

500ml Can - Golden with a white head. Citrus, peach, melon and some bready notes in the aroma. Relatively hoppy taste with notes of peach, papaya, melon, orange and bread.

Thin body, med carbo. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Background bready malt. Med grassy, light fruity hops. Galaxy is really lost in the mix here, not sure where it went. Other than that, a pretty good clean lager. Confusing story though.

50cl can, pours a clear bright golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out bright spicy hops, straw, and light metallic notes. Flavour is crisp, with lots of biting spicy Saaz hops, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp, clean, and well-hopped. Very good.

Can from the brewpub, shared with mcberko. Golden body, thick off-white head. Grainy, herbal and woody aroma. Dry taste, grainy, woody, pleasant, low astringency, solid bitterness. Nice enough!
