Caspia is a co-ferment of early season, Maine-grown apples and plums - with three varieties of Japanese plums giving it a vibrant, peachy color. This semi-dry, fruit-forward cider offers lively acidity balanced by earthiness and stone fruit flavor.

Undated can drunk 10/19/25.
Rosy plum. Clea. Lightly carbonated.
Juicy plum is delicate, aromatic, gently tart and very authentic without being completely overdone/dominant. Apple on its heels at the finish, lightly juicy, fleshy, lightly tannic.
Pretty much bone dry, but not acidic. Lovely plum adds a hint of sugar, and somehow there's still enough tannic structure to produce a reasonable, medium-light body. Delicate flavors, very true, crisp, clear. Balanced and very drinkable. Impressive.
