[2015 vintage] Pours murky dark yellow with thin white head. Aroma has light caramel malts, biscuit malts, white wine, herbal notes. Flavour has crunchy malts, esters, a fair amount of white wine, champagne. Solid carbonation. Great Belgian.

2015 bottle. Dullish colour, with a thin head. A bit of pear, a bit of gooseberry, some yeast. On the palate, this goes in a saison direction, with a pomaceous note. There's a touch of citrus in the finish, a fair amount of alcohol. Touch of malt.

750ml (thx, Matt!) @ Sales Force. Vintage 2015. Appearance: hazy golden straw with a white head. Aroma: creamy notes (probably from the oak?), Belgian esters, a bit boozy. Taste: along the same lines, very carbonated, fruity, lots of esters. Overall: pretty good by Belgian standards, but I drunk too many of those beers.

2015 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a medium beige head. Aroma is complex, with lots of wine barrels, Belgian yeast, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is complex, with lots of Belgian yeast, white wine barrels, some champagne-like effervescence, and light spiciness on the finish. Complex, refined; this has held up well over the years. Excellent.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a big foamy white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, mild spices, some white wine notes along with some citrus and alcohol. Flavour is citrus, quite dry fruitiness, mild alcohol and some spices. Alcohol gets more evident as it warms up, but still suits the beer really well. Very nice!

Vibrant gold with a huge foamy head that lingered. dry and tart with notes of vinegar, citrus, white wine, golden fruit and mustiness. Very long finish. A bit over carbonated.

Bottle at home. Three year old. Has a hazy dark orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of apricots, wet hay, bread, cloves, phenols and tequila. Flavour is similar with lots of spices, fudge, almonds and warming alcohol in the end. Has a soft mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Balanced and rich. Solid.

750ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Pours a steady withe head leaving clingy lacing behind. Cloudy golden body. Ripe fruity nose, yeasty. Taste of mid-sweet yeasty fruitiness, pears, and wood. Vinous impression. Decent sipper qualities. (Shared with MrSoul and Finn, Tromsø 18.01.2020).
