Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Clean (hazier as it pours), golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and lacing. Some nice peppery aromas with celery salt notes over the spicy malt base. The taste shows more the sweet malty background, but still a peppered note and hints of the celery salt found on a Caesar glass rim. A wet mouthfeel, more on the thicker side, but finishing nicely with a light dryness. Quite an interesting Pilsnener with that pepper-celery salt feel.

Arome un peu désagréables avec notes de grains surranés et beaucoup d'esters.
Quelques accents rappelant la poussière.
Fort désagréable au nez.
Col de mousse d'épaisseur moyenne, crémeux et tenace.
Liquide doré et voilé.
Les accents de grains surranés se répètent en bouche avec des notes de maïs pas frais.Est-ce que cette bière renferme des défauts ou faux-gouts; ou est-ce la saveur voulue?
Aucun plaisir à boire cette bière.
Plus jamais.
