Starting with our lacto base, plus wheat and pilsner malts, we aggressively dry hop to punch up the flavours and to create a truly unique take on the sour white ale.

Okay gold body and little foam, nice tart lemon and vinegary hops on the nose. Flavour is more tart lemon with a hop kick, crisp carbonation, soft vinegar notes. Enjoyable.

Draft pour at Parallel 49. Clean and clear pale gold pour. Funky, straw, slight peach like aroma. Very Tart citrus fruit forward flavor, but remains thin. White peach. Straw grain background. Pretty good stuff.

655ml bottle on 2nd Oct 2017. The last Canadian beer from a joint trade by minutemat and myself with Duffman. Shared between 5 at the monthly Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting. Misty golden pour with sediment floating around in each glass, white head. Tart and sour from the off: cooking apples and pineapple cubes were the two fruit elements I found. Different, but not really my thing: scored objectively.

Bomber @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie Oct 17. Pours a misty gold, small foamy white head. Aroma is sugary sweet, fruity. Taste has a bright fruity sweet character, prickly pineapple, pithy grapefruit & zesty tropical elements. Lovely bristling sour quality bringing everything to life. Excellent stuff.

Clean beer. Medium-high tartness. Low but pleasant hop aroma. Above average sour, but not the best. I think the ratebeer users have the rating right for this one. Bottle from BC. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

341ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with a medium, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sour, fruity aroma of citrus, white wine and oak. Sour, fruity flavour of lacto, lemon, lime, orange, white wine and oak with a dry, acidic finish. Light body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Pretty good.

On tap at damn St. Augustine’s during P49/CC event. Pours a pale almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sour with tropical fruits and some stone fruits notes. Taste is pretty the same with sour citrusy notes. Balanced, refreshing, good stuff.

Bottle at RBSG PGH 2016 Grand Tasting. Clear yellow color. Aroma of lightly funky citrus. Taste is softly sour lemony fruit. Nice.

Big thanks to duffman for bringing this tot he RBSG2016 grand tasting. Tart aroma makes my mouth water. Pale yellow. Good cutting co2 with a slight acidic palte. Good mild wild stuff, very nice. Yes, a very good tart beer experience but it never gets in yer face and there is always a gentle beer backbone that lets you know its beer and not a terribly acidic lambic. Thanks Duff!
