Hazy and pale. Lots of dry hops on this one. Tart, hoppy, grapefruit and orange, good balance with some nice sweetness. That’s quality.

Draft - Lime, peach and a nice citric tartness. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky, lemon, lime, fruity notes and a very light clean finish. Really well done, likely one of their best.

Blond color, clean, almost no head. Mild aroma of wine and barrel. Dry but not weak, with a prominent acidity, and strong wood character, which is both vinous and astringent, a bit fruity.
Clean, very good.

Cloudy golden color with small frothy head. The aroma is mild, sour, fruity, with an interesting pungent side, probably from the zesty hops, and then again white wine. Good body strength, yet the mouthfeel is lean, not too dry; the flavor seems dominated by lactic acid, it’s very bready, the acidity is moderate and perfectly complements the citrusy hopping; then there is the orange zest, and the mild wine touch with some late soft astringency; in the final there is almost a sweet note.
Intriguing. Refreshing.
Excellent.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with funky citrus zest, tropical fruits, intense but tasteful dry hopping, and moderately pronounced white wine barrels. Flavour delivers, with notes of the aggressive dry hopping upfront, above white wine barrels, some funk, and citrus. Everything is balanced beautifully and there is complete harmony amongst all the flavours. Excellent stuff.
