Here in the Wild West, we strive to make ciders which stay as close to nature as possible. We hand pick every apple off the orchard floor, selecting a range of classic Somerset varieties. We allow fermentation to occur naturally without the addition of sugar or yeast or sulphites.

The Seeker pays homage to the classic era of Western movies, as our hero wanders the high plains in the search for…the perfect summer tipple to slake his thirst after a long hot day. We believe this cider, a blend of Dove, Dabinett, Ashton Brown Jersey and other selected varieties, will satisfy the most demanding cowboy. No added sulphites. 440ml. 4.5%.
