Panda thanks to Dave. Oily looking opaque dark brown beer, a vanishingly short lived dark tan head. Viscous palate, smooth, modest fine carbonation, suits this heavy palate just fine. Rich dark chocolate, some milk chocolate where the vanilla intersects. Very ripe rich dark fruity bourbon. Some bourbon spice on the end. Magnificently full on but, for me, there is a bit of a 'been there done that' vibe with this beer.

CBJ Staff Training. Oi oi oi. Bottle. Dark and oily. No head. Aroma is malty and honey sweet. Then a sour coffee edge sweeps through. Thick. Oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Ermm.. unhinged

Good stuff overall. Kind of an odd aftertaste. Very sweet. Sugar syrup. Oily vanilla. Raisins. Berry accents. Fairly enjoyable in small doses

Bottle at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Wingman for this one. A super thick dark brown black coloured pour with a halo fo dark tan head. Aroma is medium sweet rocky road, marshmallow, jammy fruits, chocolate. Vanilla, sweet,. Flavour is composed medium sweet, chewy, sticky raspberry syrup, cocoa powder, rocky road, raspberry syrup. Palate is super sweet. Oily, Stixky, light tang, mellow carbonation.

Nose is chocolate, vanilla, dark malts, molasses.
Taste comprises vanilla, chocolate melt, brown sugar melt, good bourbon kiss, dried fruit rinds.
Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Tidy kit but just running a touch overly sweet for my liking.
Black topped with a thin khaki head.
