Bottle at BBT 12/2025. Sour malty aroma and taste, wheat, ginger, lemongrass, light to medium sour. Medium body, gunger spicy sour finish. Ok.

From 75cl bottle @ BBT 12/2025. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is blonde, hazy. Aroma is nice citrus spicy, coriander, lime, chili. Taste is medium malty base, lemongrass, lime, nice salty traces, coriander, chilli, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

BBT 12/2025. Cloudy orange golden color with medium white head. Aroma of ginger, lime, lemongrass. Taste is fruity with ginger, lime, lemongrass, salt, light malt. I liked it.

Tap at B&F. Murky yellow-golden, off-white head. Bit funky, very lemony aroma. Tart lemony taste, the citric notes overwhelming everyrhing. I mean... Not tomyumish. Like 1/4 of its profile is there. Still tasty.

15.10.2025. Tap at Maly pivo. Thinnish body, med-light carbo. Medium sourness, light tartness. The tom yum is rather light here, still retaining classic lacto goseish beer character, coriander, salt. Hints of citrus, echoes of galangal, cilantro, fish s. You have to use imagination a lot. Very tame comnpared to what it set out to be. 6,3.

6.12.2025. BBT 12/2025. I like it much better now for unknown reason. Pretty aromatic, medium lemongrass, lime, light cilantro, citruses. Easy drinking, tasty, well balanced. Med sour, clean lacto, pretty dry, light sweet. 7,9.
