Experimental IPA This installment of our Pharm Party was a trial run with a new yeast, as well as some new pH adjustments through the mash, boil, and post fermentation before dry hopping. Oh.. and we also used some pretty sexy hops for optimal hypage. We dry hopped with our Riwaka selection from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand and Krush from Crosby Hops. Big notes of peach, passion fruit, grapefruit, and some lime.

Can shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Cloudy, dark yellow with thin cap of head, poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong lemony and grapefruit citrus, rock candy. Taste follows aroma with background cracker. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Strong citrus but dry yeast is too dominant. OK.

16 oz can. Thank you Clarkvv on the share. Aroma is bready malt with mild pineapple. Flavor of soft mango, weak pineapple, cracker malt. Easy to drink.

Canned 8/22/25, drunk 11/1/25. As pictured.

Funky as hell. Earthy and full of mineral. Malty and full of pineapple, unripe papaya.
Soft and malty with white bread and pineapple. Juicy and tropical. Very yeasty. Estery, fruity, etc...lightly bitter. Bit of mineral.
