Can. Near clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a medium sweetness. 2025 Nelson delivers again. Light winey grape, a little skunk, perhaps a touch of gooseberry if you are looking for it. Light and semi dry finish. Not the most complex of DIPAs but after many years of bloody flaccid NS, I am digging this years crop a lot and it's nicely delivered by Siren.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of white wine and melon. Taste adds kiwi and lime. Light bitter resinous finish.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of flower stems, white wine and lemon jelly. Flavour of grass, orange and lemongrass. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A very good example of the Nelson Sauvin hop.
