Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Slightly hazed golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, fruit, straw, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, fleshy, with some barnyard funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 26/10/2025.
Clear golden topped with a just off white covering that dissipates over time.
Nose is bitter sweet apple, straw, hay bale, grains.
Taste comprises bitter apple, tannins, straw, light funk, orchard wood.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close.
Tidy drop ... quite sharp and bitter.
