Big roasty sweet stout with the addition of both flaked and malted oats for a soft mouth feel. In addition, Heron Island Oysters from the Damariscotta River were added to the boil which imparts a beautiful mineral character.

Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Big, round, fruity, earthy coffee from the black patent. Nutty with light ash and low salinity. Low sweetness. Clean.
Gentle salinity with dark chocolate and fruity roast. Medium to med light body with a touch of sweetness to keep it comfortable. Just enough earthiness and roasted character without overdoing it.
