Devil Anse Hatfield led his family in the notorious and bloody feud with the McCoys during the late 1800s along the Kentucky-West Virginia border. Nicknamed Devil Anse, it was said that he was so strong and fierce he could take on the devil himself. No feuding is necessary when you enjoy the balanced bitterness of hops and tropical fruit characteristics in this satisfying IPA.

12 oz. can, thanks to weihenweizen. Clear, bright orange, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is assertive orange peel, grains, and pine, with some cloves, green apple, and lavender. Sweet and grainy, with a sharp bitterness through the finish that dries it out pretty well. Medium body, a bit astringent, and oily. This is a nicely aromatic IPA, with great hop character and a well balanced flavor.
