750ml bottle pours a hazy, dark orange with loads of white head. Nose is very solid, berries, floral, rose water, petunias, mild vinegar, pomegranate, light jam, some stone fruit. Flavor is orange rind, mild berry, yogurt, straw, some wood pulp, yogurt. Finishes a touch slick. Very solid.

Light citrus and some bretta. Not a great balance here. Amber pour with good head and lacing. Light tangy finish with lots of acid and some oaky astringency. Bottle.

Rich hazy golden and copper coloured body with a thick, four centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of hay, grass, yeast and a lot of musty funk. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and herbal flavours with a lot of funky yeast notes, some subtle fruit sweetness a chunk of tropical fruits noticeable. Aftertaste shows a lot of the wild funky yeast, tons of dry grass and hay along with some balanced malt elements. Overall, a nice and dry wild ale with some pungent yeast notes throughout - nothing sour here at all though, just the musty funk, which is a good thing! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Costco in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 04-February-2016 for US$8,89 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 09-April-2016.

Sampling 12/9/15: Poured from a corked bomber purchased at South Street. Pours murky amber with a small off-white/beige head. Luscious aroma of dark fruit, grapefruit, dust, pine, roses, and cola. Taste is different! Mashed sour peaches, chocolate malt, dust, pine, honey, lemongrass. Very interesting, very different. Not 100% sold on it, but it sure is unique.
