Our take on a German Kolsch. Pale and malty, with a hint of noble hops. Very easy drinking!

Hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 23rd Nov 2019. Clean and clear golden pour, decent head of off-white foam. Light citrus leanings in both the nose and taste, a summer beer really.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - bright clear and golden. Nice proportionate white head. Nose - orange, dried herbs and light citrus zest. Taste - creamy oranges but dominated by dry herbs. Palate - light bodied and generally dry throughout. Overall - decent but would get to be struggle I think.
