12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear pure thin gold body that supported a brief near white head. The aroma offers up bananas, cloves, sweet malts, pears, honeydew melons, floral hops and a wheat sort of hay like sensation. The taste delivers a blend of pear and sweet apple, wheat, banana, some clove and then a modest degree of floral hops. Overall this is on the sweet side making it less sessionable than I would like. The wheat to almost cracker notes do help some but not enough.

Tap. Pours crystal clear yellow, large white head, dissipates with good lacing. Aroma is full of clove and bubblegum. Flavor is light sweet, minimal bitterness. Pretty much tastes like a krystalweiss. Light body. Only thirteen to go on my quest for ten of each style!

Bottle. Banana, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Clear golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet banana/orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body - carbonation on the low side. Overall pretty good - a solid Kristallweizen.

Bottle: Clear, light gold with a small white head. Grain, pear, banana, wheat aroma. Wheat malt, light banana taste. Very clean, crisp and bright....... A lot of flavour for such a light-weight,...... Really nice and refreshing.

Big thanks to sledutah for hooking me up with some of his states finest kristal. I actually had chance to try this last weekend at a burger joint in Bismarck but knowing this trade was in works I waited and now here we are. Fine clear gold pour small white head. Nose is wheat bread and some fruit. Tastes of bread, banana, light peach skin, bubblegum, some florals. Slight chewy mouthfeel for light beer. Pretty good.

Bottle in New Orleans. Clear golden yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of fresh banana. Taste is lightly spiced banana and citrus. tasty.
