Draft. Mint, lemon, biscuit malt and orange peel aroma. Yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet strong mint, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body and balance. Nice mint flavor without going overboard. Bonus points for BTTF reference.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 2/17/2016. Pours very hazy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass; with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, lime, orange peel, green tea, mint, light pepper, pine, cracker, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops, tea/mint, and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, lemon zest, lime, orange peel, green tea, mint, light pepper, pine, cracker, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind and herbal/spicy bitterness with light cooling mint on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange rind, green tea, mint, light pepper, pine, cracker, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, tea/mint, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; light bitter astringency builds up through the glass, but never becoming overbearing. Moderate dryness from hop/spice bitterness that increases through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately sticky/resinous, and lightly creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice spiced IPA. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, tea/mint, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

(Thanks, Cory "BlowOffTube") Bottle. A- Mint, basil. A- Golden color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mint, herbs, subtle bitterness, subtle spiciness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, minty finish. O- Goddamn, was this beer the results of running a bushel worth of mint leaves through a food processor? I’ve never had fresher breath than after drinking this beer. Seriously though, this is full on mint. I’m actually not a mint fan but I did like this. It would probably aggrivate the ipa/hopheads though.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light gold with a slight peach hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light lemon note with some light mint, a bit of grass and a light grain backbone. Flavor has grass and lime up front with some grass and grain supporting.
