Tap at Flying Saucer Emporium, Memphis. Colour is slightly cloudy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, hops and malts. Pretty nice.

Bitter, resinous hops on top of a light, easy-drinking body. Slight citric, herbal front with a lasting, dry finish. Dank aroma, could use a little more malt for balance.

4 1/2 month old can into an IPA. A: Pale gold hue with a finger of soapy head. Decent retention and clingy lace. Slow bubbles. S: Light pine and sweet citrus smell. Some zest. T: Very bitter but slightly watery taste of pine and tart lemony pith. Faint cracker sweetness finally manages to show. M: Lighter in body even than expected. Bitter and thin at the same time. Nice soft carbonation. O: Had high hopes but can’t say I’m impressed. Not much flavor or feel. Pretty old can though in fairness.

Sample at Hattiesburg fest. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma of citrus and light pine resin. Taste is light fruit. Tasty.

Draft at the source. Color is pale gold with a white head. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit. Very hoppy. Taste has more emphasis on pine and resin, with the grapefruit and citrus taking less pronounced roles. Moderately bitter finish.
