Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a lingering off-white head. It has a peachy, salty aroma. The peach is mild in the flavor and there's some tartness. The whole thing is a bit more bland than I'd like but it's decent.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2018. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of earthy peach, earthy wheat and a touch of yogurt. Flavor has tart and earthy peach supported by yogurt and earthy wheat.

Tap bowsers, mild sour slightly rotten fruit nose. A little haze on pale. Initially a watery palate. Mild unique fruit, perhaps peach, taste. Yes, almost a weird artificial impression about it, but not quite. I guess it could do with a little less unique fruit application. Probably not as refined as many real old country gose.

Cans drunk 7/28/18.
Moderately hazy, soft, peachy-tangerine with a spotty, off-white head showing moderate to moderately low retention.
Now this one actually smells saline for a change. Soft and dulling the fruit somewhat, yet the peaches are still ebullient and lively with good acidity and low lactic character. Biscuity, nutty wheat sits behind, balancing nicely and there's no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's very tart, yet with a great wheat softness, chewy textures and a fantastic salinity on the end that softens the acidity making for balanced drinkability. Lovely fruit flavors abound, very authentic and integrated, as well as attenuated. Tight carbonation and fun and enjoyable to drink. Really shocked and impressed given how poor the many prior Rhinegeist beers I've had have been.

$1.97 can from Belmont Beverage - South Bend Ave. Flavor is tart peach juice and peach flesh, vinegar, sweet tart. Overall, leaves some room for improvement - perhaps a bit more peach. Not bad.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/3/2017. Pours lightly hazy pale straw/yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy peach, lemon, lime, orange, green apple, melon, white grape, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, salt/spice, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy peach, lemon, lime, orange, green apple, melon, white grape, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; with light fruit tang and yeast spice on the finish. Lingering notes of tangy peach, lemon, lime, orange, green apple, melon, white grape, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, salt/spice, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from tartness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/grainy/acidic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.4%. Overall this is a delicious Gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, salt/spice, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mildly tart/lactic finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Not as lactic as I expected, but it has a nice solid amount. Really well balanced gose, with plenty of nice complexity. A very enjoyable offering.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a fizzy pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart lemon, chalk and faint peach. The flavor was tart lemon, peach and a bit of yeast. Long finish. Light to medium body. Ok..

Thanks willisread for the can! Poured into a taster showing well filtered dry straw yellow with neon hues and half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a tart forwardness with light briny notes and a mild malt sweetness. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with flavors of lemon and subtle notes of peach with a light brininess.
