4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey during the SAVOR Week 4 Hands / Against The Grain tap takeover. Poured a mostly clear yellow color with a more wispy, small bubble off-white head. Aroma was nice light floral notes, very mild tartness. Flavor was pleasant tart character. Lemon, salt. Not a lot of pucker in this one.

Almost a berliner weisse type vibe here. Kiwi and some passionfruit. Definitely lots of bread yeast. Clear golden white wine like pour without any head or lacing. Tangy sour finish. Tap at Churchkey.

12 oz tulip draft at the brewery tasting room in St Louis, Missouri. The pour is a mostly clear yellow golden with a bit of greenish and a big 2 inch well formed head that caps the beer and falls with splotchy lace. The aroma is tart citrus along with kiwi fruit. The taste is the kiwi tart softly sour, with wheat grain and nice lacto notes. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and the tart finish.
