[ As The Rare Barrel Impossible Soul ].Clear medium amber color with a average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, sour, brett, notes of cherry - lemony tartness. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, wine, sour, tart, wood - funky - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [ As The Rare Barrel Impossible Soul ].Unclear medium amber yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is pale malt, barnyard, leather, manure, sour, tart. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, fruity, sweet fruit - cherry - citrus - lemony. Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours golden with an small offwhite head, light lacings. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, light brett, oak, tart fruity, cherries, green grapes. Flavor is sour, yeasty, wood, tart fruity, lemon, wine grapes, little vinegar. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish with light alcohol warmth. 130516

Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, sour, funky, fruity, citrus and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught@CBC2016 (Yellow session). Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly nutty with some citrus, toffee and mild alcohol to it. Flavour is rather similar, ending quite sweet, but dry. Yet very nicely balanced.
