Some haze. The aroma has dried flowers, hing and salt. Tart, with again a floral accent. It's moderately tart, almost in a lemon juice mode.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose has soft, rustic saison yeast, light spiciness, and some crackery notes. Flavour has plenty of grainy notes, lightly tart citrusy, toasted notes, and spicy, rustic saison yeast. Grainy, husky, lightly tart citric finish, maybe a bit too acidic. Pleasant, but not excellent.

Mar 25, 2026 (8/4/8/3/16=3.9): Poured from 750mL bottle (blend 4). Hazed yellow with small white head. Light tartness and funk over light rustic grains, enjoyable. Same overall rating.

May 21, 2022 (8/4/8/4/15=3.9): Poured from bottle at Masonry FHF (blend #4). Hazy gold with small white head. Honey, mild oak and funk.

Light, tart, dry. Citrus, orange blossom, a bit of yeasty funk. Nice and clean but a bit 2-dimensional.
