Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is oaked, some tart wood, mild floral and spicy tones. Flavour is kind of funky, some tartness, nutty, a bit bready with some acidity/vinegary tones too.

Sehr edles Fläschchen, verkorkt und mit kleinem Zettel an der Schnur auf welchem das Abfülldatum und Haltbarkeit per Hand notiert wurde. Optisch schönes braunrot. In der Nase dunkles Kernobst, Kirschen. Im Trunk angenehme Säure, sehr fruchtig, süß, ja süffig. Hinten angenehm trocken, ebenso der Nachhall. Die 7% sind nicht zu spüren.

From a 50 cl bottle. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Somewhat vinyl-like aroma. Flavors are moderately sour fruit, with some oakiness.

[ As Black Barrels Nut-The Irish Jinn ].Clear light to medium orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, off-white head. Aroma is tart, sour, wood, brett. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, oak, wood, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Hazy orange color, small off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste sourness, peach, quite balanced sourness, quite dry finish but the fruitiness lingers too. Suitable body and carbonation. I like it!

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Cloudy amber, small offwhite head. Sourish aroma, light malt, wood, light vanilla and light yoghurty. Sour, bitter flavour. citrusy, citrus peel, light vanilla. Has some sweetness too.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are citrus, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice sour finish.

8 3 7 3 14 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Hazy golden orange with a ring off white head. Aroma of citrus, oak, vinegar and vinous notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
