Pours hazy golden with a few off-white bubbles. Aroma is tart with notes of apricot, citrus and hint of vinegar. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a long sour apricot tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Pålitelige notater fra ekskursjon til Oslobyen den 13.10.25. Etter startgropa hos Amundsen har jeg klokket inn en fine rundetider på Cafe Fiasco og Mad Goat og er nå i full gang med å gå planken på Crowbar: uklar gylden med kort skum. Aprikosmarmelade, citron/lime, eik/vanilje og brett. Banerenser som klargjør meg for neste etappe (Røør i er i siktelinja).
