Backlog 28/4-2025. Slightly unclear red body with a fast-fading head ending with just a thin film of bubbles. Aroma totally dominated by ginger and just a faint hint of raspberry or perhaps just red berries. Taste has a nice balance between sweetness and acidity, does not feel very sweet at all. Ginger is also the dominating flavour, but there is something light fruity/berry kind of taste here that not necessarily has to be raspberry if I didn’t know it. It’s a surprisingly nice ginger flavour here and all over it tastes not artificial at all, even a slightly sharp, bitter ginger finish similar to what sometimes a chilli can taste like. Interesting.

Pours unclear pinkamber. Scent is ginger, mild to hidden raspberry. Taste is full, ginger, spicy, raspberry. Damn, this is actually w-quite lovely !!
