Clear gold with a decent white head. Nice plum, pepper and some botanicals. Nice peppery botanicals and a decent finish. Solid.

750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: noticeable gin barrel with some raspberries. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry and carbonated with a bit of raspberries on the back. Overall: pleasant.

Salmon colour, opaque. That's a nice colour. Thin head. On the nose, lots going on here. Pluots for sure, some of the gin barrel coming through, a few bugs here and there, wheaty notes. On the palate, the fruits come through with a nice juiciness, it's wheaty, tart. Well-balanced, the fruit and barrel coming through well, the base solid, and good body.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy pink with small off white head. The aroma is strong raspberry, plum skin, oak, floral. Thin body, berry, plum, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
Gin barrel best barrel. Mellow sweetness. Perfect funk
