Vandals is a 6.3% IPA loaded with Galaxy, Nectaron, and Citra — a veritable Cerberus of distinctly pungent hops. Citra on the hot side. A 50-50 split of Galaxy and Nectaron after primary fermentation. Combined, this Australian x New Zealand x Pacific Northwest “tag” team yields vibrant streaks of guava, passion fruit, peach, pineapple, and a touch of orange citrus.

Brewed with flaked barley and plenty of oats, this is one soft, pillowy IPA that’s, dare we say, quite juicy.

Peach skin mostly here. Murky yellow pour with decent head. Light hop tang finish. Just ok for ocelot. Tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, fruity esters, pink grapefruit, very nice. On tap at brewery.

64oz growler pours a lightly hazy gold with a ring of white head. Nose is solid, lemony, soap, herbs, grass. Flavor follows, sharp with grass, pine and soap, lemon, white grapefruit. Dry finish. Some parmesan rind lurking.

Growler pour at the May 1st DC Tasting. Poured a nice mostly clear golden yellow color with a nice white head. Aroma was lots of juicy, floral notes. Lots of resin. Tasty.

From a growler at the DC gathering May 1, 2016. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Aroma of melon. Flavor of pineapple and grapefruit. BItter finish.

Draft at Brookland Pint. Very slightly hazy pale yellow color, white head with solid lacing. Bright fruity aroma. Taste is bittersweet fruit, subtle pepper, good balance. Delicious.

4 oz pour on draft at Ocelot. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes, pine, light garlic and onion. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, pine, light tropical fruit. Medium body with a semi-dry finish. Tasty.
