This American pale ale has been wild fermented in oak barrels and further dry hopped giving it aromas of rose petals, flavors of black tea, and a long oaky finish.

Light amber. Slight haze. Aroma has a mellow brett blueberry nose, sweet toffeeish note, light brett, note much hop but for a hint of rosemary. Odd, these characters in one beer? I like it, but I don’t know what to make of it.

On tap at St. Augustines on Rare Beer Tap Takeover. Rose petals, tea and oak notes and wild yeasts are everywhere in this beer. Fantastic balance, enough sweetness, rich flavor. Excellent.

Draft - Sweet and some herbal notes with plum. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Plum, light vinous and caramel notes. Raw barrel and light soured caramel, odd but decent notes.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out light oak upfront, with a touch of brett and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out a lot of oak upfront, with light wood and brett. Nothing overly complex but it's clean and well-integrated. Solid.

Sampled from the tap at Churchkey. Pours a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart red fruits with a bit of tropical fruit, some oak and a light funk. Flavor has some dry tart fruits with some grass and an oak backing.
