Big, bold saison, with a hefty vanilla-clove middle streaked with grass and yeast. Back end brings on a spicy but manageable swath of ginger goodness, while the finish grows dry and bready. Modest notes of stone fruit, berry, and apple add depth, while the floral hoppiness and ginger make for a lovely fade. Hard to believe this pint clocks in at 8%; way too easy to finish off a glass. Lovely.
