On tap. Pours black with a moderate tan head. Aromas of dark rich chocolate, vanilla, sweet liqueur and roasted malts. Rich smooth and oily. Flavors of dark sweet chocolate, vanilla, mild barrel/cognac, and a hint of coconut. A little heat from the ABV but not really noticeable - just lightens the mouthfeel. Beautiful.

Tap at speakeasy, Tallinn. Pours black with beige head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, dark chocolate, fruits, raisins, cognac. Flavor is sweet and bitter, licorice, dark chocolate, fruits, raisins, some spices. Finish is dark chocolate, licorice and dry bitter with warming alcohol. Overall: very nice, but drinkability isn’t very good. 9:4:8:3:14=3.8 Bottle, batch 133. Pours black with brown head. The head stays. Aroma is very sweet, spices, dark chocolate, licorice, fruits, cognac. Flavor is sweet, dark chocolate, fruits, malt, spices, raisins. Finish is dark chocolate and dry bitter. Overall: very nice, rather similar to the tap version. Will see how it ages. Bottle rating: 8:5:8:3:15=3.9 New batch (released 11.2017 in Estonia, not sure about batch no). Nose is good, but wow the flavor is bad. Tar and rubber, and Riia balsam, and booze. Rating for the new batch: 7:4:4:2:10=2.7 (and that's me being generous). Rating adjusted accordingly. batch 133 2 years later. Smells fantastic: fruity, mslty, roasty. Flavor is sweet and bitter, licorice, cognac, malt, fruits, tar. Finish is spicy and bitter. Overall: still very good, finish is surprisingly bitter.
