Bottle from Biernavigatie. Aroma is tart fruits, lemon, herbal, juniper, floral, rosemary, wheaty malt. Flavour is tart and moderate sour, as well as mildly salty and light bitter. Body is light. Nicely fruity and floral with a good tart sourish salty flavour.

Bottle. Golden color. Citrus, juniper and floral notes in the aroma. Apple and citric sour floral flavor with juniper. Hint of salt. Nice.

Bottle. Clouded amber color, rather weak foam. Aroma: floral, roses, fruits, honey, light sour. Taste is fruity-sour-salty, malt, a bit tart.

330 ml bottle. Pourd with a hasy, pale yellow color and a small white head. The nose is very interesting: some fruity notes of raspberry and grapes, juniper and slightly some rose of sharon/hibiscus. Taste is salty, juniper/gin, some sour notes and yeast. Nice one!

Bottle courtesy of Rasmus’ suitcase. Pours clear orange colour with a small white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, pine, juniper and lucozade. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft to average carbonation. Finish is bittersweet and salty.

Complex. Lightly sour, could be more. Some saltyness, but lots of herbs and spices present. Ginger, coriander, juniper, rosemary and a tree.

KØLF 041116. Pale golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is juniper, salt, lemon, ginger. Flavor is juniper, salt, lemon, ginger, spices, coriander, spruce. Interesting beer

330 mml bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2016 edition, many thanks to MisoW for this one. Tasted on the 17/02/2017. Hazy pale colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malts, tart, roses and ginger. Taste is ginger with some pices and a dry fruity finish. Some tart aftertaste. Next one please!
