Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is grape white wine some funk and mild wood. Flavour is fruits, some wood, white wine and some mild earth. Surprisingly easy going.

Bottle 650ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, floral and oak. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long floral, malty and oak finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy.

Flaska från boxbeers.dk (Saison du Chardonnay)
Grumligt bärnstensfärgat med stor skum. Fruktig belgisk-ale-doft med inslag av vanilj och chardonnaydruvor. Smaken är även den belgiskt fruktig med tydligt inslag av chardonnay. Eftersmaken är torr och lite spritig.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is white wine, grapes, wood, funk. Taste is the same, lots of starfruit in the back. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!

Bottle as Saison du Chardonnay. Dry metallic nose. Cloudy orange, tanned head. Medium light foamy mouthfeel. Fruity base, peach orange peel, quick finish. Light dryness, pleasant.

8 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma is vinous, woody, yeast, caramel, light funk and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Clear orangy golden color, rough medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, a weird sort of tartness, somewhat winey. Decent body, a bit firm carbonation. Meh, don’t like it.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 1. A clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet wood, bourbon, grapes, yeasty fruits. Taste of sweet vanilla, wood, yeasty fruits, herbs, grapes, nice!
