3–Dubbel heeft een lichtbruine, roestige kleur (55 EBC). De storting is 16° Plato, met een uiteindelijk alcoholgehalte van 7,5 vol%. Naast de klassieke pilsmout zorgen een respectabele hoeveelheid Munich en Cara-120 voor de volmondigheid. Enkele procentjes Roast geven dan weer een aangename gebrande toets in de afdronk. De Magnum-hop levert een bitterheid van 26 EBU.

Bottle. Reddish brown color. Malt and licorice in the aroma. Malty, salty flavor with lots of licorice and some peach. Hint of coreander. Likeable!

0,33 flaske fra Belgisk Bryg, delt med Kitty i lejligheden nov-18: klar rødlig mahogny med fint skum som varer hele veien ned. Røde bær, mørke karameller, mild urtebitterhet.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Dark brown with an off-white head. Malty aroma with some dried fruits and a hint of roasted malts. Sweet bitter taste and a thick body. A more than decent Belgian dubbel.

F: big, yellowish, medium stable. C: dark brown, hazy, opaque. A: malt, dried fruits, dark fruits, cherries, brown sugar, chocolate, hint of yeast, cinnamon, ginger. T: malty, chocolate, dark fruits, plums, some fruity sour disturbing tones, hint of coffee, hint of yeast, medium body, medium carbonation, not good balanced, 0,33l bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout.

Cloudy brown with a medium tan head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruits, overripe dark fruits, sweet malt and toffee. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
