From tap at The Monk’s Kettle, San Francisco. Tart Saison with big wine barrel notes, hay, grain, bretty barnyard funk, grapes. Flavour is mild sweet and light sourish, with a little bitter dry finish. Body ia medium. Lovely.

Not as dry as I’d expect. Stone fruit still noticeably there. Easy drinking with some good Brett funk

Waxed bomber, thanks for picking this up, Brenn. Bottled about 20 months ago. Aroma is oak, vanilla, apricot, brett, some funky notes that come in after it warms up a bit--smells great. Pours lightly hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls into a ring pretty quick. Taste is sweet, savory, faintly bitter, faintly tart. Interesting, complex and delicious.

Pour is a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is white wine, oak and brett funk. Flavor is what I'm getting in the aroma. Brett yeast funk, some white oak and some fruited wine with a tart but manageable after taste. This was an expensive bottle but it took the brett and oak well and used it to it's potential. Plenty of funk and the sour/tartness was minimal.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "Collaboration Celebration! Sports & Jorts & More" event on 08/04/2017. Hazy straw-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, oak, fruit and malt Medium body with flavors of brett yeast, oak, pepper, fruit and malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle at Craffity, Chiang Mai. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is Brett yeast, orange peachy citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light yeast, dry vinous, smooth buttery, yeasty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I found this beer really hard to rate and probably didn’t do it justice, but the dry fruity vinous flavours lingered forever. A really superb beer.
