On tap at Sociable, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a touch of straw. Flavour is clean and crisp, with crisp apple skins and a touch of hay. Crisp and clean. Its alright.

On tap @Lost Valley Cider. Clear, rich gold, spirited pour. Smell is sharp apples & banana esters. Earthy, yeast cake, second use pomace, slight barnyard, bitter-sharp apple core. Meh.

Draught at Sociable. Yellow color with just a little haze to the appearance. I found this well balanced. There is sweetness, but it is not overpowering like you would find in a Woodchuck for example. Apple flavor, and the yeast is there as well. I found this very filling. An enjoyable cider.
