Strong aromas of Belgian yeast and candy sugar with some malt. Flavors are similar to nose, fairly sweet up front with a hint of lemon. Unbalanced finish that is bittersweet. Not double fermented. I think I'll just be able to finish this.

Clear deep gold with minimal head. Pungent Belgian stone fruit aroma, medium to light bodied and dry. The taste is honey and grains with fruit forward stone fruit notes. Ok but a bit dull.

Minnesota Beer Trip #213. Keg at the brewery, 5/13/16. Clear vibrant gold, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of smoke, yeast, doughy malt, apples. The taste is bready malt, yeast, nuts, dry apples. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Draft at Happy Gnome. Clear golden color, white head. Subtle straw aroma. Taste is funky and sour.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear bright gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of straw and earthy grain with a decent amount if Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar with Belgian yeast and light fruit up front bit it is mainly sweet grain and straw.

Tap at the brewery. Gold color. An odd beer. Aroma with grain and sugar. Surprisingly sweet, i expect Belgian ales to be more dey. After the sugar pasees, i get apple and i think it might be due to the beer being young. Alcohol is low for a Belgian strong. I think this could be good, but it needs some work, maybe rushed to serve it by opening date.
