This one has been in the bottle for at least a year. A really nice nose of grain, hops, sweet berries and malt. A cloudy amber body with lots of yeast in semi-suspension. The taste has a nice tartness to it, featuring lots of fruit elements - tropical, citrus and melons, as well as sweet malt and a solid touch of brown sugar. Rich, well blended and smooth.

750ml bottle. Pours an unclear gold-orange with a large, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves lots of chunky lace. Sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, Belgian yeast, lemon, orange, peach, pineapple, honey, white pepper and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, caramel, lemon peel, orange, pine, peach, apricot, pineapple, white pepper and floral hops with a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Great complexity and ABV is well hidden. An excellent, hoppy Tripel (almost ipa-like).

Draft. Slightly hazy yellow color, big fluffy white head with great retention and lacing. Aroma of white pepper and funky hay. Taste has decent funk, not much sweetness, nice complexity, dry finish. Terrific.

Hazy medium gold with a large frothy off white head that lingers and clings to the glass. Nose is tropical and green fruit with grassy hops and a good dose of yeast spice with lemon and pear lingering. Enough light sweet malt to support a medium+ citrus bitterness and a balanced spice leading to a slightly tart finish. Medium slick mouth with average carbonation.

Bottle - Stone fruits, yeasty notes, grassy hops and lots of sweetness. Clear gold with a crazy frothy head the is still frothing over the bottle after 5 minutes. Lots of yeasty and fruity esters, grassy bitterness and some light hop notes. Sweet and yeasty with a bit of spice and a boozy finish. Not really my thing, although quite complex and interesting.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a large white fluffy head. Aroma brings out loads of Belgian yeast, subtle fruity esters and some residual sugars. Flavour brings out shitloads of Belgian yeast, some cotton candy, and bubblegum. Exceedingly carbonated and yeasty - almost excessive. Good stuff.

Carbonation faible, corps moyen-dense.

Smells a little musky. Pours cloudy orange with good head and lacing. Smells a little Oaky with some florals. Finished a little astringent. Some booze in finish. Thanks to Slovaksniper for this bottle.
