Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Opaque dark brown color, average sized beige to light brown colored head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, cocoa powder, oak. Taste malts, oak, dark malts, again cocoa in the background, maybe some caramel, a distant hint of dark forest fruit. A bit dry finish, decent body and carbonation. Initially a bit weird but in the end quite nice.

Bottle, 8%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, little vanilla, oak, wood and red wine. Flavour is roasted malt, oak, wood, chocolate, red wine, little vanilla, little sour, sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Nearly black, small beige head. Aroma has fresh wood, roasted malt, vanilla and vinous notes. Vanilla, wood flavour. Chocolate and sourish, vinous notes. Interesting.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 1. A dark brown/black beer with a small tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, bourbon. Taste of sweet and dark roasted malt, coffee, bourbon, some dark riped fruits, quite nice!

8 3 8 4 16 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of oak, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, vinous notes and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is above moderate sweet with a touch of sourness. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Fonefan Summer Gathering. Almost black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, caramel, dark fruit, hint of glue, red wine and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 180817

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is funk, toffee, vanilla, cherry, taste is chewy, oak, funky cherry, sweet.

Sample at the Inventory Reduction Beer Tasting on 08/08/2015. Brownish-black color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is oaky with malt, yeast and dark fruit notes. Medium body with flavors of tart cherries, oak, earthy yeast and malt. The finish moderately sour with an oaky and fruity aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
