Bottle - Nice sweet fruity notes, likely persimmon and salty notes. Clear light yellow gold with no head. Bright sweet and carbonates fruit with a touch of salty finish.

At the source: pours light and hazy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is a lot of citrus and soured funk. The lemon and persimmon are both quite prominent. Taste is nicely soured for a gose. Slight bit of saltiness. Many hocks of the lemon. Nice.

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, lemon lime, herbs. Tastes of big tart acidic notes, lemon lime, stone fruit, light salt, herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Nice gose.

Draft at the source courtesy of Greg, thank you sir! Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, thick creamy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of feet, flowers, dusty black pepper. Taste is peppery dusty flowers, earthy summer fruit, very dry finish. Tasty.

Tap. Pours clear pale golden, Ruby white head, some lacing. Aroma is very lemon, sea air, zest, oranges. Flavor is light sweet, hints of salt. Light body. Tasty.

On tap at Bluejacket. Filtered light yellow-tan body. Not much of a head. Pretty awesome flavors, the persimmon adds great depth. Not as deep and pungent as the Upland one, more balanced along the lines of a classic sour ale. Huge flavor nonetheless. Medium bodied. Refreshing, drinkable.

Poured a clear yellow colour. Light wispy head. Almost still. Aroma is strong hot lemons. Lemon water. Light coriander. Flavor is light coriander, light sea salt. Lemon pucker. Very refreshing.
