Ale with Cocoa Nibs, Lactose and Aged on Cypress Wood.
The return of an outrageous collaboration with Cigar City. Caribbean Chocolate Cake is a dense, rich and luxurious ale. Hand-roasted cocoa nibs from the USA give hints of tamarind and soft lemon, The malt provides coffee and roast notes in abundance, while the hop profile offers orange, chocolate and coconut flavors. Ageing on wood is the icing on the cake. Pure bottled indulgence.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - black pour with tan head. Medium roasted and sweet malty with notes of cocoa, with some caramel, cake like with notes of fudge, lovely, prefer this to the Siren version. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
