33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with no lasting head. Aroma is sage. Dense malty and sour. Herbal. Citric and mellow fruity to spiced far finish.

Thank you anstei for sharing! Bottle sampled @ ZBF 2017. Hazy amber orange, little tanned head. Nose is wonderful big spice / sage sour spice with big red wine barrel & puckering. Taste is puckering red wine sour, oak, vinegar, low balsamic vinegar with the sage riding on top, adding complexity, deliciousness, really great concept,... vinegar pomegranate,... Puckering sour spice body, oak, balsamic vinegar, solid thickness as far as the body goes. This I like a lot. Wonderful.

33cl bottle. Sehr trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürzen, Zimt, rote Früchte, Holz. Geschmack nach sauren roten Früchten, Gewürze, Holz, interessant.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours unclear reddish amber. Aroma is strong barrel, wild, funky farmhouse. Body is medium, sour and tart, nice grapes, soft carbonation, sage, vinegar. Good balance, great drinkability, smooth. Good!

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy orange color with beige head. Aroma is sage, fresh yeasts, balsamico vinegar. Taste is cherries, sage, balsamico. Low carbonation. Very nice, although the sage is quite weird.
