Sample at The Festival in Atlanta. Dark amber color white head. Aroma of vinouc plum. Taste is softly sour plum, vanilla, subtle cherry. Tasty.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Clear orange-brownish color, virtually no head. Aroma is loaded with herbs or spices, (Dutch) "speculaas en nog veel meer van die specerijen troep, bleh!" Very sour in the flavor and again herbs and spices though a little lees, probably killed by all the sourness. Yuk.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Hazy amber, small offwhite head. Fruity aroma, some funk. Sour flavour, juicy citrus. Some nice, citric roughness. Some milky notes. Quite dry.

7 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Hazy light golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma of herbs, sage, citrus, lemon drops and light funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation

Bottle, 6.5% Hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices, sage, oak and wood. Flavour is malt, lemon, spices, caramel, little candy, citric, oak, wood, sage and a little dry.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, sage, basil, caramel, malt and hops. Sour finish. Sage way too dominant.

Bottle @ Fonefan Summer Gathering. Hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, tart and herbal. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 180817

Some beer store in Carroll Gardens: pours a light brown with a small head. Aroma is funk, herbs, light spiciness, some of your typical fruitiness in there too. Taste is sour but not too vinegary as these beers often are. Spicy but not overpowering. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ home. Quite a fun beer. Sour flemmish red brown taste with a slight hint of pumpkin ale, wood. Medium body, lasting sourness, soft carbo.

Draft - Soure red malts and lots of sage. Cloudy dark copper with a small beige head. Soured malts and the sage comes through in spades.
