Picked and pressed at the end of October and start of November, this perry is a blend of late ripening varieties from the Perry House Farm orchard in Chew Stoke. The blend is assembled from Claret, Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Hellens Green, New Meadow, Pine and Taynton Squash.

Racked once during the winter to retain natural sweetness, this has the acidity and tannin to balance. Softly, sparkling and great with seafood. Drink chilled.

Fruit is hand picked from an unsprayed, unfertilised traditional orchard planted in 1909. No additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites. 750ml. 5%.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. for #rgpm. Yellowy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of perry pear, floral, fruit, funk. Taste is perry peary, citric, fruity, flowery, with some acidity, biscuity funk and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, fruity drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
