To celebrate the hop harvest we have produced a Wet Hop pale. Wet Hops are hops picked fresh from the farm and brewed with the very next day, giving us fresh, vibrant characteristics. We whirlpooled this beer with fresh Cascade from Hukins Hop Farm for fresh grapefruit, lychee and pine characteristics. The dry hop comprises of Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus for some classic West Coast vibes of citrus orange and grapefruit with a moreish dose of fresh pine and pepper. Expect a melee of fruits with a crisp, piney bitter finish.
